Since joining ResortBrokers in 2011, Russell has sold 148 properties with a combined worth of more than $276 million. Russell’s landmark career deals include the sale of Golden Age Motor Inn in 2022, Bathurst Goldfields in 2019, Tween Waters Holiday Park in 2016 and Mollymook Shores in 2018.
His notable FY24 sales include the Altair Motel in Cooma, Mittagong Caravan Park, Sussex Palms Holiday Park, Edgewater Motel and Merimbula Sapphire Motel
Russell brings to the table his 12 years as a broker as well as his previous business experience in the accommodation sector which has seen him in the roles of motel buyer, owner and operator at various times.
