Once again we were happy to use Kelli Crouch from ResortBrokers to handle the sale of Lake Albert Motel. Kelli was the agent when we purchased some five years before. We were extremely comfortable with Kelli as she had made it her business to call in for a friendly chat once or twice a year while we were at the motel and was always on hand if we wanted to “run something past her.” Kelli used her knowledge well and through her recommendations we were thrilled with the price that we achieved. The speed of the sale blew us away — 1.5 weeks from going to market to a signed contract was amazing. Kelli’s database of clients ensured she was right onto it. As usual, selling just before Christmas usually means a lengthy settlement, but Kelli was always on hand to answer questions and to push the sale through.
