We really enjoyed working with Joshua throughout the purchasing of the Alluna Motel, we thought he handled the process quite professionally for both sides. Our negotiation was not quite straightforward as we had few conditions we needed to work with (delayed settlement) and he was able to negotiate with the Vendors to make sure there was a good outcome for both parties.
