Iconic Mantra Nelson Bay sold by ResortBrokers
ResortBrokers has sold Mantra Nelson Bay on behalf of operator Saltwater Hotels & Resorts.
The stylish, 110-apartment family-oriented resort was purchased by Jeff Aquilina’s at Hotel Group.
at Hotel Group owns a portfolio of North Queensland resorts in Townsville, the Whitsundays and Airlie Beach, a number of which have been purchased through ResortBrokers.
Saltwater Hotels & Resorts has previously sold other assets through ResortBrokers, including East West Motel Ceduna in Ceduna, South Australia, and Pavillions on 1770 in Agnes Water, Queensland.
Mantra Nelson Bay is at Hotel Group’s first acquisition outside its North Queensland stronghold.
