ResortBrokers’ fresh face for Brisbane

ResortBrokers has appointed its Central Queensland broker Nathan Benjamin to the prime position of Brisbane agent to serve the motel, hotel and caravan park market.

The move represents a step-up for Mr Benjamin who has represented ResortBrokers in Central Queensland since 2021. During his three-year tenure in Central Queensland, Mr Benjamin achieved 17 notable sales, including Gladstone Downtown Central, Emerald Inn, Saltbush Retreat (Longreach), Harbour Sails Motor Inn (Gladstone) and Highpoint International (Gladstone).

“Nathan distinguished himself as our broker in Central Queensland through his impeccable customer service, total command of the details of his transactions and great expertise is converting sales to settlements,” says Managing Director Trudy Crooks. “We’re delighted to now have him in Brisbane to serve the market there.”

“Central Queensland has treated me well and I’ve made many strong long-term connections with buyers right across the country during my time there,” says Nathan Benjamin.

“ResortBrokers’ great strength is our national buyer network, which is second to none. It’s brokers like me establishing relationships with buyers around Australia. I’ll be leveraging that incredible network for my clients in Brisbane, just as I did in Central Queensland, to get results for them. Ultimately, that’s what we’re judged on: our ability to deliver results for our clients.” END
